TRUCK DRIVER RECRUITER (CDL class A)

Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a Truck Driver Recruiter to join our team and work from our Belgrade office. If you are looking for a stable job, professional development, and work in an international environment, Apex Prime Freightways Inc. is the right place for you. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Recruiting new drivers and managing candidate documentation Conducting interviews and managing the selection process Communicating with drivers via phone and email 
• Entering and updating candidate information in the database 
• Working closely with management and other teams regarding hiring needs Monitoring and analyzing the success of recruiting campaigns 

Required Qualifications: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking industry 
• Advanced knowledge of English 
• Strong communication skills and proactive work attitude 
• Ability to evaluate candidates and make decisions 
• Good organizational and administrative skills 
• Computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools)
