Responsibilities

Load Planning: Assigns loads to drivers based on location and availability.

Scheduling: Manages pick-up and drop-off times.

Communication: Acts as the main contact between drivers, customers, and the company.

Route Optimization: Plans efficient routes considering traffic and road conditions.

Problem-Solving: Addresses issues like delays or breakdowns.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensures adherence to industry regulations and safety standards.

Customer Service: Provides updates and handles customer inquiries.

Documentation: Maintains records of shipments and transactions.

Safety Management: Ensures compliance with safety protocols.

Coordination: Works with other departments to streamline operations.

Qualifications

Strong Communication: Excellent at interacting with drivers and clients.
